Very bad experience. Order HEP210327. Order not delivered, no money refunded, all emails went unanswered.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with UPS Delivery

Despite paying for expedited delivery and providing my accurate address details, the package was not delivered to my address. As someone who works from home, I am always available to receive deliveries. Instead, it was left at a pickup station without providing me with the necessary retrieval code.

In correspondence from UPS, it was stated that I could retrieve the package by April 4th. However, upon contacting UPS on the 28th, I requested the retrieval code, which was promised to be sent to me via phone or email. Regrettably, I have received no communication or code, and now I have been informed that the package is being returned to your facility.

This situation has left me at a loss, as I urgently need the contents of the package. While I am willing to reorder and pay for expedited shipping again, I kindly request that you refrain from using UPS for the delivery.
